The Market
Our Market & Café will feature a full barista bar; a deli/sandwich counter with our beautiful rotisserie ovens, a display of locally sourced charcuterie, cheeses, salads and vegan proteins & cheeses; with craft provisions throughout the market with daily fresh local artisan baked breads and pastries, preserves, sauces, pastas, spices, chocolates, candies, craft beers, wine and more.
The Restaurant
The Restaurant & Bar is full-service, and will focus on a limited, year-round menu that would feature rotisserie chicken, basque inspired sandwiches & small bites and fresh salads.The bar will have an array of rotating craft beers on draft, and draft wine. With draft wine, it will allow us to sell wine by the glass, and multiple sized carafes. Draft wine also allows us to limit wine waste, and sell at a lower price point. A limited bottled wine list will be available as well. The bar will also have classic and signature house cocktails.
