Our Market & Café will feature a full barista bar; a deli counter with our beautiful rotisserie ovens serving hot roasted chickens to-go, a display of locally sourced charcuterie, cheeses, salads and prepared dishes; with craft provisions throughout the market with fresh homemade savory & sweet pies, local artisan bread and pastries, preserves, sauces, pastas, spices, chocolates, craft beers, ciders, wine and more.

The Restaurant & Bar "Rôtissoire & Kitchen" is full-service, built around seasonal menus with rotisserie chicken at its heart, alongside French, British, Basque, and Italian-inspired sandwiches for lunch, small bites, and crisp salads. Share whole spit-roasted chickens with crispy potatoes, sauces and sides, and large, family-style savory pies, to carve at the table. The bar pours rotating craft beers, cider and wine on draft by the glass or in carafes —reducing waste and keeping prices friendly, plus a concise bottled list. Share the roast, pour some wine and save room for pie.
